General Terms

xbaji ("Platform", "we", "our") provides online betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and various sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms govern the legal relationship between us and our users.

By accessing or using the xbaji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the legally valid one. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the xbaji website, mobile version, and all its services.
• "User" refers to any person who is registered on the xbaji platform and uses its services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile and balance on xbaji.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to placing money on any sports event or casino game.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, free bets, or additional credits provided under specific conditions.

Account Registration

To use xbaji's services, you must open a personal account. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time and the balance being forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The registrant must be 21 years of age or older.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• The personal information provided must be genuine and verifiable.
• Multiple members of the same household may operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but this is subject to our verification process.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password strictly confidential.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbaji may request identity verification at any time for security reasons. In such cases, the user may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

Age Verification

xbaji is an age-restricted platform. Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and use the platform. Preventing minors from accessing the platform is one of our key responsibilities.

At the time of registration, users must provide their correct date of birth. If it is later established that a user did not meet the age requirement, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

xbaji offers deposit and withdrawal services through popular mobile banking methods and bank transfers available in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5-30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).

4.3 Transaction Verification

xbaji reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, transactions may be suspended or cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Promotions

xbaji offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• No deposit refunds are available after a bonus has been accepted.
• Each bonus must be used within its specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• xbaji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• xbaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of xbaji's VIP program. This program is divided into five levels and includes weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The benefits and cashback rates for each level are subject to change. VIP cashback may have its own wagering requirements.

Betting Rules

There are specific rules governing betting activities on xbaji that all users must follow. Ensuring fair play is our highest priority.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result at the end of the match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xbaji reserves the right to cancel the bet.
• A maximum bet limit per event may apply for each user.
• In live betting, odds may change at any time.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If the connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server.
• Specific payout policies apply for progressive jackpots.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue on the game provider's end, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Responsible Betting Limits

Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Contact our support team to use this feature.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaji platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Engaging in activities intended to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Creating an account using a false identity or documents.

Account Suspension and Closure

xbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Suspected violation of terms or prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
• Court order or legal obligation.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

8.2 Closure by User

A user may request to close their account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any balance withdrawn before the account is closed. In the case of self-exclusion, it may not be possible to reactivate the account before the specified period has ended.

8.3 Appeals Process

If an account is suspended or closed, the user may appeal via 24/7 live chat or email. We will review each appeal properly and communicate our decision.
